Wonderful stay with Matterhorn views

The hotel room provided super views of the mountain. The balcony allowed me to step outside and directly view the landscape. The bed was comfortable and the pillows felt great. The hotel breakfast includes tasty selections and a cozy hall.
The outdoor pool was a little cold for my liking.

The hotel is central. It is within walking distance to train stations and supermarkets. The hotel is near the Kirchbrücke bridge, it gives easy access to the best view of the Matterhorn.

The room includes a spacious ensuite bathroom, it is also very clean. The room is equipped with ample cupboard space. The rooms have well-equipped amenities and are cleaned regularly, which are important to any traveler.

The breakfast area has a glass roof and a good view. Breakfast offers fresh fruit, pancakes, egg dishes, and sausages. I especially liked the cozy breakfast hall with a view of the Matterhorn and the variety of dishes available.

The staff members was friendly and helpful. Some employees offered recommendations and guidance. The reception staff were friendly and welcomed guests with chocolate.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great, close to everything (though the town is small, so everything is close).
I found the pillows in the room quite uncomfortable. They felt cheap and offered very little support, resulting in a restless sleep (i even tried using two but it didn't help). the duvet was too warm too. i wish there were firmer options available.

the hotel arranged our pickup from the train station. the room was ready upon arrival. we enjoyed afternoon tea in their breakfast room. the hotel has a central location. it features facilities like a spa room, a sauna, an ice room and a gym. we used them .
